Shipping & Delivery
Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped through the week via registered / trackable mail.
Local Shipping (Within Singapore)
- $4.90 flat local delivery
- Delivery time: up to 5 working days
International Shipping (Australia)
- Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on package weight
- Delivery time: up to 16 working days
- Any customs or import duties charged upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country must be paid by the recipient
Exchange & Refund Policy
Kyoogly takes utmost care in ensuring that all items are in pristine condition during our manufacturing & packing process. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
If you receive a defective item, kindly reach out to us here. All returns must be initiated within 7 days upon delivery. Returns of defective items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Eligible returns will be refunded via credits only (no cash refunds) to offset the next purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Wash & Care Guide
Machine Wash
- Machine wash cold only, do not exceed 30°C
- Use laundry bag for extra care
- Remove the case and wash the pillow insert separately when necessary
- Tumble dry low
Hand Wash (Recommended)
- Avoid brushing to prevent pilling on fabric
Dry
- Dry flat in the shade
- Ensure the pillow is completely dry before using it to prevent growth
Others
- Do not bleach
- Do not dry clean
Product Colour
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. As such, kindly note that colour differences are not considered as defective.
